Meet the Team

Mark Parrott (President)

Mark is the owner and president of Parrott & Associates. He resides in Bluffton, SC, with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children: Anna Grace, Emmaline, and Zac.

Decades of Expertise

Mark established Parrott & Associates in June 2007, bringing with him 35 years of experience in the food and beverage industries. His extensive background includes work in both retail grocery and foodservice distribution. Throughout his career, Mark has held various positions, such as grocery store management, director of meat operations, sales management, purchasing, and category management, with a particular emphasis on meat and seafood categories.

Educational Background

He graduated with honors, earning a BS in business and an MBA from the University of South Florida in Tampa. In his spare time, Mark enjoys the South Carolina low country lifestyle, spending time with family at the beach, surfing, and playing golf.

Woodie Sweat (Sr. Associate)

Woodie resides in Charlotte with his wife, Christy. He has a diverse background in foodservice, encompassing cooking, restaurant management, distribution, foodservice sales, and food broker sales. In his free time, Woodie enjoys visiting his grandson in Charleston and has a passion for building and riding custom motorcycles.
